If you ride a 3-wheel motorcycle, or would like to, you know how different its handling is from a normal motorcycle.  There are significantly different in handling dynamics and characteristics from 2-wheel motorcycles.  For this reason, separate training is available for both the novice and experienced sidecarist or trike rider.

Grab your maps and GPS! Get your camping gear together! Don't forget your digital camera. Now hold on to your helmet... you are about to go on some big rides! Ahead of you lay two great adventure events, with more in the planning. You'll be adventuring in every direction across this great land, meeting new friends and visiting with old buds.

Wandering the vast Columbia Hall, Rally goers will happen upon a mini-museum of historic BMWs. Collectors and riders alike will be amazed at the sight of antique and classic models ranging from the 1920s through the mid-1970s.

The 41st BMW MOA International Rally will be held July 18-21, 2013, at the Oregon State Fairgrounds in Salem. The grounds cover 140 acres with air-conditioned buildings for registration, Country Store, commercial vendors, seminars and vintage display. The camping options are flat areas with or without trees. Evening entertainment is in the open air amphitheater with afternoon music on a small stage by the food vendors. Come enjoy the many workshops, classes, vendors, strangers and friends at the great event!

The Chartered Club Leadership Summit is designed to offer clubs the support and encouragement to help them develop positive, creative and safety-oriented leadership and to promote the chartered club as a vital and integral component of the BMW MOA.

The BMW MOA Rally is a volunteer-run event. It's success is dependent on the volunteer teams we put in place. The Rally Committee Chairs are now listed, and you can e-mail those you may wish to volunteer with. Or you can contact the Volunteers Chairperson and they can place you.
