Just over 50,000 miles. It has a new clutch, timing chain and gears just a few thousand miles ago. (that is how it was advertised by the dealer)
Includes Krauser side cases. Paint is excellent. The only cosmetic flaws I see are a few stress cracks around the mirrors and a couple small dents in the right muffler. Tires are in great shape.
Runs great. Does leave a couple small spots of oil on the garage floor when left over night. I think it is the oil pan gasket and have a new gasket for it. Just don't have the time to install it.
The only thing I can think of that is wrong is the trip meter reset knob is gone.
I purchased this bike a few months ago from a friend who purchased it from Gateway BMW in St Louis. The RS is iconic and I have always wanted to own one. However, I have the opportunity to buy another “must own someday” bike and selling this will help fund it. This bike is the one I ride the least so it is first to go for the new bike.
