fellow rider and full-time legislative lobbyist Phil Stalboerger. Phil shares his experiences as a rider growing up, his time and dedication within courtrooms, a life-changing accident, and how he used these experiences to advocate for the successful
legalization of lane splitting in Minnesota, making it the 6th state to pass this law.
