BMW CLASSIC PROF. DR. GERHARD KNÖCHLEIN AWARD
Created to honor the memory of the founding president of the BMW Veterans Club, Germany, Prof. Dr. Gerhard Knöchlein,
this honor recognizes individual club members who have made a special contribution towards conserving and promoting the history of the BMW brand.
FRIEND OF THE MARQUE
BMW has many fans and friends, and some of them are quite extraordinary. BMW acknowledges their commitment as passionate ambassadors of the BMW brand by awarding them the title of Friend of the Marque.
MOA AMBASSADORS
The BMW MOA Ambassador program honors members for their outstanding service to the organization, its chartered clubs and members. Ambassadors are appointed by the Board of Directors from nominations submitted by chartered clubs and MOA members.
MOA EXEMPLARY SERVICE
Need a helping hand while you are on the road? The BMW Owners Anonymous Book is a voluntary listing of members who have agreed to help out in a time of need. Got a flat? You can find a member with a truck and trailer in the Anonymous Book. Want to know the good roads to ride in a new area? Members can do that, too. And, it comes in a digital version accessible via web, tablet or smartphone.
MOA HELPING HANDS
Our website is your service center 24/7. Find other riders in the community, manage your online profile, renew your subscription or catch up on the latest news from the BMW motorcycle world. It is all on bmwmoa.org.
MILEAGE AWARDS
We understand your need to ride and since we log more miles than any other brand of motorcycle, we have created special awards for our members who reach 100,000 or more miles on a BMW. You will receive a certificate, pin and patch for every 100,000 mile increment as well as a listing on our website. There is nothing like telling your friends you have over 100,000 miles on a BMW motorcycle.
THE PHOENIX AWARD
Formerly the Rally Rider 50 award, and renamed for MOA Member Norm Phoenix. If you have been to 50 or more BMW MOA National Rallies, you deserve some applause. Find out who has done it and how to do it yourself!
