MOA Roadside Towing Service Program Relaunches August 1

Based on member feedback, the MOA is implementing significant changes to the Roadside Towing program beginning August 1, 2025.

The current program has experienced challenges, including a limited number of service providers, extended waiting times and significant areas for improvement in member service and effective claim resolution. Under the new program, the MOA will directly administer all claims for towing, eliminating the third-party relationship with NationSafe Driver and its network of towing providers.

The improved towing coverage launching August 1 will allow MOA members to select the service provider of their choice to effectively solve their roadside towing needs. After successful completion of the towing or transport, members will submit a claim for their towing expenses to the MOA for reimbursement.

Based on the success of the revamped Tire Hazard Protection program, the relaunched roadside towing program will provide significantly improved member experiences, allowing the member greater control of their towing solutions with a seamless reimbursement process.
