The BMW MOA is celebrating First Responders in September in conjunction with M’Fest’s Authority Bike Shootout. On Saturday, September 13, 2025, over 50 law enforcement officers from around the country will compete in a rodeo-style motorcycle skills competition to determine the best authority bike rider in the country.
Alongside the festival, MOA members have an opportunity to win a custom BMW R 75/5 motorcycle, built by MOA member Zack Witkowsky of Black Wolf Touring & Custom. Zack rebuilt the popular model from the ground up and trimmed the bike in Polizei white and Dynamic blue to celebrate front-line workers. The result is a painstaking restoration completed over a six-month time span in preparation for M’Fest.
SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL R 75/5 GIVEAWAY SUPPORTS FIRST RESPONDERS
Tickets to win the Saturday Night Special are available through drawing time on Saturday, September 13, 2025, for $25 each, or buy five tickets for $100. You do not have to be present to win, but you must purchase a ticket to be included in the drawing. Purchase tickets online or call the BMW MOA membership office at (864) 438-0962. The winner’s drawing will happen live at M’Fest at approximately 6:30 pm after the M’Fest Awards Ceremony.

In addition to your chance to win the Saturday Night Special, members who purchase five tickets to win the bike will receive a FREE M’Fest t-shirt. Simply select your size shirt on the ticket order page and check out. If you aren’t the gambling type but still want to support front-line workers, you can buy an M’Fest shirt for only $25.
Proceeds from the Saturday Night Special fun’raiser and T-shirt sale support the law enforcement officer training efforts at M’Fest. Competing officers receive 24 hours of continuing education credit for participating in M’Fest, and there is no cost to the officers. Proceeds beyond the cost of M’fest will be donated to the respective officer’s choice of charities. THE FINE PRINT
- Raffle ticket sales begin August 29, 2025, and end September 13, 2025. All ticket orders must be purchased on or before the final drawing on September 13, 2025.
- Prize drawings will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025. Ticket buyers do not have to be present to win.
- Raffle tickets may be ordered online at BMWMOAF.ORG, or by calling the BMW MOA membership office at (864) 438-0962. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket. Multiple ticket purchases by a single buyer are permissible. Confirmation of ticket orders will be returned via email. A complete list of ticket buyers, along with the purchaser’s drawing number(s), will be published at bmwmoaf.org before the drawing.
- The odds of winning depend on the final number of tickets sold. The complete winner’s list will be posted at BMWMOAF.ORG. Winners claiming their prize must present photo identification, and the ticket purchase will be verified. Winners are subject to all applicable taxes. Consult your local tax professional for the exact tax liability.
- The BMW MOA Foundation reserves the right to replace, substitute, or exchange any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
- BMW MOA Foundation Board members, BMW MOA and Foundation employees, contractors, and their immediate families are ineligible to win. Immediate family is defined as spouse and dependent children. The BMW MOA, BMW MOA Foundation, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, or any person or organization affiliated with BMW MOA will not assume any liability for any loss, injury, claim, or otherwise resulting from any prize obtained through the sale of a ticket. Entries for the Saturday Night Special fun’raiser are listed below in alphabetical order by the purchaser’s first name and first initial of the last name, along with the assigned drawing number. During the live drawing, the winning numbers will be chosen in a blind draw, similar to a lottery ball drawing. Drawing numbers are randomly assigned as ticket orders are received, and the complete list below is updated nightly before the drawing.
