We are the BMW Motorcycle Owners of America. A group of 25,000 BMW motorcycle enthusiasts who started with the same spark for motorcycling that you did. Our history dates back over 50 years to five friends who formed a motorcycle club to stay in touch with each other.
Today, we are a network of riders across all 50 United States and ten Canadian provinces. We have members on all seven continents, and it isn’t possible to ride without finding a friendly face. Membership in the BMW Motorcycle Owners of America includes numerous benefits to support your journey.

The BMW MOA hosts several special Weekend Getaways each year. Exclusively for Club Members, enjoy a weekend of riding, dining, socializing, and making new friends at one of these unique events!
MILEAGE CONTEST
As if we really need another reason to ride, the Mileage Contest provides a fun and non-competitive way to enjoy riding. Sign up at the beginning of the season, watch your miles accumulate, and then fill in the end-of-contest form. All participants are featured in the BMW Owners News and receive some cool trinkets for being part of the process.
MILEAGE AWARDS
We understand your need to ride and since we log more miles than any other brand of motorcycle, we have created special awards for our members who reach 100,000 or more miles on a BMW. You will receive a certificate, pin and patch for every 100,000-mile increment as well as a listing on our website. There is nothing like telling your friends you have over 100,000 miles on a BMW motorcycle.
