The weather was beautiful – sunny & highs in the mid-80s. My Klim Badlands Aero Pro Short (really? That name!) gloves were still a bit damp from trying to shrink them a little with hot water – it didn’t really work. Thanks, internet! I blew off work for a few hours – about 1130 to 1400 – to go have lunch with my at her work. I got a wrap at Sheetz and rode over through semi-familiar country roads, letting the Beeline Moto II tell me where to go. After lunch I came home the extra EXTRA long way – I went north first, then eventually got over to Hanover Courthouse on US 301.

Tool kit is progressing – I ordered some more bits after comparing what I have to what was in the kit under the seat. I doubt that one is complete and it’s probably not all original anyway. It had a small file in it that was more like a prison shiv, duct tape handle and all! I tossed it – no need to file points with the electronic ignition in there. I’m sure it might be useful for more than prison yard activities, but … nah.

Headed for Victoria VA tomorrow for 1230 meet-up for lunch with Scott. Going to check out his tool kit!

(Not sure why the kit that came with the bike has a shiv in it… but Arizona can be tough, I guess.)
