The BMW Motorcycle Owners of America has two dedicated Consumer Liaisons to assist you with consumer issues.

Our Consumer Liaisons act as a bridge between you and the companies with which you transact. Whether you’re having a problem with a bike you bought or a your new riding boots, it can’t hurt to have an advocate on your side trying to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Please keep in mind that our Consumer Liaisons may not be able to solve every issue, but rest assured they will do their best to help.
