Following a month-long voting period that concluded on May 1, 2026, the BMW Motorcycle Owners of America membership has selected two representatives to help lead the organization into its next chapter.

The BMW MOA is proud to welcome Mike Secor and Lester Gebski to the Board of Directors. Secor and Gebski emerged as the top two vote-getters in a competitive field of candidates, securing their positions to fill the two available vacancies on the Board. Secor received 36.4% of the votes cast. Gebski earned 33.2% of the vote. Hans Christian Reumschuessel received a healthy 30.4% of the vote, but finished just outside the top two spots.  

“We are excited to have Mike and Lester join the leadership team,” said Chad Garcia, Secretary of the BMW MOA Board of Directors. “Their dedication to the BMW motorcycling community is evident, and we look forward to the perspective and expertise they will bring to our governance as we continue to grow our global community of riders.”

“The BMW MOA also wishes to extend its sincere gratitude to Hans Christian Reumschuessel for his candidacy and his continued commitment to the organization,” continued Garcia. “The strength of our leadership depends on the willingness of dedicated members to step forward and serve, and we thank Hans Christian for his efforts throughout this election cycle.”

New Board members will be seated at the Vermont Vibes National Rally in June. Two additional Board positions will be up for election in 2027.
