Coddiwomple Photo Submission
The Coddiwomple Riders Portal was created to allow you, the Rider, to submit your photos through an online portal and to self-audit your submissions.
Step 1 : Registering for the Coddiwomple Riders Portal
Before you can submit any photos for judging, you need to register for the Coddiwomple Riders portal (just click that link). You’ll get a screen that looks like this:

Enter the email that you used to register for the Coddiwomple and press the blue button to register. You’ll get an email to confirm your email address. Click on the link in the email and it will take you back to the Coddiwomple Riders portal, which will ask you to create a password for your account. Create your password. You’ll then be able to log into the Coddiwomple Riders Portal and see your dashboard. If you have problems registering, please contact us at coddiwomple@bmwmoa.org. Once you have registered, you can access the StackerHQ portal. (again, just click that link)
Left Side Navigation Menu

The 2025 Registration link on the left side of the page shows your email address, flag number, and name. The Challenges link on the left side of the page shows a list of the challenges. You can click on them to get more details about a challenge, its acceptance criteria, points per submission, and other things.
The Photo Submissions link will take you back to the dashboard.
The Riders Dashboard
Here’s what a typical dashboard looks like:

Until you enter a submission, the dashboard will be empty. But as you enter photos for scoring, the dashboard will show all your photo submissions and their status listed under the Submission Status column. If you click on one of them, a larger window appears with details about the submission.

This details screen shows more about your submission, including the challenge, the picture link, any comments that you submitted with the submission, and any comments from judges, should your submission need clarification, or if some were rejected.
How to Submit Your Photos for Judging

Submitting photos for judging requires that you fill out all required information in the photo submission form. This includes your email address, Challenge, Nearest City, State, and Country. To open the photo submission form, press the blue button on the dashboard that is labeled “+ Add New”. A new page will be loaded by your browser, and you’ll be presented with the form to fill out.
Registration Email: The Email that you registered with should already be populated in this field.
Challenge Name: Click on the drop-down arrow and select a challenge from the list. Select only one challenge. Selecting multiple challenges, or the incorrect challenge, will result in a rejection or a request for clarification.
Image Link(s): Enter the link to your publicly shared photo in the Image Link(s) field.
Closest City: Enter the closest city that you were at when you took the photo. Ninety-nine percent of all the cell phone cameras have GPS that you can turn on in the Camera app that will record the location where the photo was taken to help you remember where you were. Our judges need this information to confirm your entry. This is a required field.
State: Enter the state or states where you were when this photo was taken. Please use the 2 Letter state abbreviation as it will improve readability for our judges.
Comments: Please enter any comments that might make the judges’ job easier. This field can be used to express your appreciation to our wonderful Coddiwomple volunteers, the GPS coordinates where the photo was taken, or to enter additional link(s) to a photo or photos that clarify your submission.
Submit the Form: Once complete, click the blue save button at the bottom of the form. You may need to scroll down to the bottom of the web page to see it. Your entry will be saved and you will return to the dashboard where your new submission will appear at the top of your list. You will also receive an email with confirmation that your submission was received.
How will I be able to tell if any of my entries have been scored?
You’ll be able to tell in two ways. The first way is that you’ll receive an email that includes the submission number and congratulating you that it scored. The second way is logging into the Coddiwomple Riders portal and looking at the total scored points box on the dashboard.

If you have any suggestions about something that could be tweaked or added, or if you’re having problems submitting your photos, feel free to let us know at coddiwomple@bmwmoa.org.
